Welcome to nomadexpat.io (hereinafter – the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including its website, SaaS tools, and related digital media assets operated by TAXTECH d.o.o., registered in Slovenia under Registration Number: 9222685000, Tax ID: 90330064, with its registered office at: Štefanova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter – the "Company", "We", "Us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Services Provided
The Platform provides information, digital media content, and SaaS tools for expats and professionals in Europe. We also offer B2B advertising and sponsored content options for corporate clients. All B2B services are subject to separate written agreements or specific media orders.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, and software code on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by Slovenian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, or any errors or omissions in the content.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
